Digital Product Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the files have been downloaded or the access link has been sent. Unlike physical goods, digital files cannot be "returned" to us.

By purchasing from Templatonic, you agree to these terms.

Exceptions We want you to be happy with your purchase! We may offer a refund or exchange ONLY under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally bought the same item twice.

• Technical Defect: The file is corrupt or technically broken, and our support team is unable to fix the issue for you within 48 hours.

Chargebacks Please contact us first if you have an issue. Falsely claiming a transaction is "unauthorized" to your bank after downloading our files is considered fraud and may result in a permanent ban from our store and reporting to payment processors.
