📥 How do I access my template after purchase?

After your payment is confirmed, you will automatically receive an email with a link to download your PDF file.

  1. Open the email and download the PDF Instruction Guide.

  2. Inside the PDF, click the large button that says "Edit Template" (or similar).

  3. This will open the design directly in Canva, where you can start editing immediately.

🎨 Do I need a Canva Pro account?

No! All of our templates are designed to work with the Free version of Canva. You do not need to pay for a subscription to use, edit, or save our designs. (Note: If you are using your own photos, you just need to upload them to Canva first.)

🔄 What can I edit in the template?

Everything is fully customizable!

  • Text: Change all headings, body text, and prices.

  • Fonts & Colors: Match your brand or event theme.

  • Photos: Drag and drop your own images into the placeholders.

  • Elements: Move, resize, or remove any graphics.

💸 Can I get a refund?

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once the files have been sent, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. However, if you have any issues accessing the file or find a mistake, please contact us and we will resolve it immediately!

🚫 Can I resell this template?

No. You are licensed to use this template for Personal or Client use only.

  • Allowed: Creating a printed flyer for your own salon or an event for a client.

  • Not Allowed: Reselling, redistributing, or sharing the digital Canva link with others. You cannot sell this template as your own on Etsy or other websites.

⏳ Does the download link expire?

Your access to the Canva template never expires. Once you add it to your Canva account, it is yours forever. You can come back and edit it as many times as you need.

📱 Can I edit on my phone?

Yes! Canva has a mobile app that allows you to edit designs on your iPhone or Android. However, for the best experience and precision, we recommend using a Laptop or Desktop computer.
